I am Daniel Ganan, an architect, BIM Manager and consultant with more than 20 years of international experience. I combine extensive experience in project planning and construction management with over 12 years leading BIM implementation, information management and digital transformation processes.

I work between strategic vision and operational reality: translating business objectives into clear rules and measurable outcomes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and using current technology to develop pragmatic processes.
